Delivery & Shipping Policy
If your retail order is placed for delivery in South Africa we will charge a standard delivery of R 125. We aim for parcels to be delivered in 2 – 5 working days via courier, provided that the item is in stock at the time of the order. All our products are handmade and may require up to 6 weeks to be made and delivered. We will notify you of all shipping delays if the item is not in stock. We do not take any responsibility for 3rd party (courier) defaults in this regard the timing of product delivery. Wholesale/Trade order shipping will be for the clients account. Shipping will be quoted on final proforma.
International Shipping
Please contact us at sales@brandedmats.co.za for shipping costs and information before you place your order. International shipping will calculated by weight at checkout. The customer will be responsible for all customs tax and import duties that are levied by their respective country. You will be sent a tracking number where you will be able to track your shipment. We do not accept returns on international orders.
Tracking
All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking number will be emailed to you.
